Fare Thee Well George: 1949 – 2025

A Boxing Champion Who Reclaimed His World Title At Age 45.

Proving to the whole world that: “Age is Just a Number”

From the thunderous blows that defined his boxing career, to the gentle wisdom he shared as a preacher, this man, George Foreman, was a testament to the power of faith.

He reclaimed the World Heavyweight Championship Title at 45, a feat that engraved his name into the chronicles of sporting history.

But his impact extended far beyond the boxing ring.

He was a businessman, a devoted family man, and a voice of inspiration as a preacher, proving that one can embrace multiple roles with grace and authenticity.

He was a man of unwavering faith and he proved to us that age is just a number when reclaimed his Boxing World Title at the age of 45 years.

George Foreman lost his heavyweight title to Muhammad Ali in 1974 at the age of 25, in Zaire Congo.

He reclaimed the title twenty years later, at the age of 45, in 1994, when he defeated Michael Moorer in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This victory made him, at the age of 45, the oldest heavyweight champion in boxing history.

Though he may have left us, his legacy of strength, kindness, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire generations.

Fare thee well, George.

Your impact on the world was truly Heavyweight.
