Beloved brethren, with all the happenings in Kenya this season, I would want us to learn from the following wise saying,
“When You See Great Men Fall, Don’t Laugh, Learn”
It is very tempting to laugh or glee when we witness the downfall of someone who was once held in high esteem.
Whether it is a public figure, a respected leader, or a renowned businessman, seeing them stumble can trigger various emotions within us.
However, rather than succumb to the temptation to mock or belittle those who have fallen, we would do well to reflect on the valuable lessons we can learn from their experiences.
Ecclesiastes 7:4 KJV, reminds us,
“The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning;
but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth”
‘Whether it is a public figure, a respected leader, or a renowned businessman, seeing them stumble can trigger various emotions within us.’

When we witness the downfall of a great person, it serves as a sobering reminder of the fragility of the human condition and the need for humility, wisdom, and integrity in our own lives.
By adopting a posture of learning rather than laughter, we can gain valuable insights that can strengthen our character and guide us in navigating life’s challenges.
Never laugh at the misfortune of others.
Approach such situations with empathy, self-assessment, and a genuine desire to learn.
When we see great men fall, the wisest course of action is NOT to LAUGH, but to LEARN.
